EcoutezOSEO has three major business lines, all helping SMEs to build their future:

- Financing for investments and working capital requirements.
OSEO is headed up by a public-sector holding company. It reports to both the ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Ministry for Higher Education and Research.
