Regulated Financial Information

Following the Aaa rating granted by Moody’s Investors Services to the Public Establishment (EPIC) OSEO in February 2011, OSEO SA, acting as the EPIC’s operational unit, implemented a Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) Programme to tap capital markets.  Its current ceiling is 8 billion euros.  The Programme’s original Base Prospectus was registered with France’s Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 27th July 2011.  The latest release of this Base Prospectus was registered with the AMF on 21st June 2012.

The securities issued under this framework benefit from the EPIC’s guarantee and have been rated Aaa by Moody’s Investors Services.

Furthermore, OSEO SA manages a domestic short-term Certificates of Deposit Programme with a ceiling of 2.5 billion euros.  This Programme, also guaranteed by the EPIC, is rated P1 by Moody’s Investors Services.

Alongside, OSEO SA  increases the ceiling of its domestic short-term Certificate of Deposit programme to 2,5 billions euros, with guaranty from Etablissement Public (EPIC) OSEO. This programme received a P1 rating by Moody's Investors Services.
